More Than Music

IMG_7671.jpg

We are Beyond Melodies, a company made up of professional artists that serve to bring joy through music to people in care facilities and beyond. We aim to uplift lives, build meaningful connections, and share the power of music to those most isolated.

With a large repertoire of music, our team will cater a performance specifically to the clients joining in. We encourage song requests, conversations, singing and dancing. The goal of each session is to connect, have fun, and cultivate a space that will bring everyone together.

Testimonials

Our Music for Memories sing-a-long group enjoys Beyond Melodies so much that we made it a weekly occurrence! The group loves the pace of the music. They find it easy to connect with and follow along. Thank you for all your talented work. You make faces SHINE.

-  Krystle Pratt, Social Recreation Coordinator, Alzheimer Society of Grey-Bruce

Beyond Melodies have visited our LTC home a few times, and their musical act is incredible! They bring genuine joy, energy and creativity to what they do and best of all, they make our residents smile. We can’t wait to have them back again!

Thank you SO MUCH for bringing such joy last week to our home. The residents were so happy! I had a family member come to my office the day after in tears, hugging and thanking me that her mother called her later that evening crying happy tears saying how much she enjoyed the performance. The mark you left behind here has been ENORMOUS.

- Jhosh Perez, Program Supervisor, Extendicare Rouge Valley

Thank you SO SO much for your performance back in December! Our residents absolutely loved it. You really brought joy to our residents during a time when it can be so hard to find. We could not decorate much for Christmas again this year, so it was an excellent way to bring some holiday cheer!

- Samantha Sadler, Recreation Manager, Age Care Brandt’s Creek Mews
